Disclaimer — EasyInvestCalc.com
Last Updated: May 1, 2026
Before you use any calculator, tool, or read any content on EasyInvestCalc.com, we want to be completely upfront with you about what this platform is, what it is not, and what our tools can and cannot do.
We have written this disclaimer in plain language — not to limit your rights, but because we genuinely believe you deserve an honest, clear explanation of how our site works and where its limitations lie.
1. We Are an Educational Tool — Not a Financial Advisor
Everything on EasyInvestCalc.com — every calculator, every guide, every article — is created and provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
When you use our SIP Calculator, EMI Calculator, PPF Calculator, NPS Calculator, FD Calculator, Income Tax Calculator, Lumpsum Calculator, or SWP Calculator, the results you see are mathematical estimates generated by standard financial formulas applied to the numbers you enter. Nothing more.
These results are not:
- Professional financial advice
- Investment recommendations
- Tax guidance tailored to your situation
- Legal counsel of any kind
EasyInvestCalc.com is not registered with SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI, RBI, or any other financial regulatory authority in India or elsewhere. We are an independent educational platform run by finance enthusiasts — not licensed advisors.
Before making any significant financial decision — whether it involves starting a SIP, taking a home loan, opening a PPF account, or restructuring your tax filing — please consult a qualified professional. A SEBI-registered investment advisor can give you personalised guidance based on your complete financial picture in a way that a calculator simply cannot. You can find registered advisors through SEBI’s official intermediary directory.
2. Our Calculators Have Real Limitations — Here Is What They Are
We want you to get the most out of our tools — and that means being honest about what they cannot do.
All calculators assume a fixed rate of return. In reality, returns from mutual funds, NPS, and other market-linked investments fluctuate based on market conditions, fund performance, and economic cycles. Our calculators cannot predict future market behaviour — they can only show you what a fixed assumed rate would produce mathematically.
The SIP and Lumpsum Calculators do not account for fund-specific expense ratios, exit loads, or the tax impact of capital gains on redemption. Actual returns will be lower than the gross figure shown after accounting for these costs.
The EMI Calculator assumes a fixed interest rate throughout the loan tenure. If you have a floating-rate loan — which most home loans in India are — your actual EMI may change when the RBI revises the repo rate. Processing fees, insurance premiums, and other bank charges are also not included.
The FD Calculator uses standard quarterly compounding. Your actual maturity amount may differ slightly depending on your bank’s specific compounding method and whether TDS has been deducted on your interest income.
The PPF Calculator uses the current government-declared interest rate. The PPF rate is reviewed quarterly by the Ministry of Finance and may change. Our calculator cannot predict future rate revisions.
The NPS Calculator projects a corpus based on the assumed annual return rate you enter. Actual NPS returns depend on your chosen pension fund manager, asset allocation, and market performance — none of which are fixed or guaranteed.
The Income Tax Calculator estimates tax liability under the New Tax Regime for standard salaried individuals below 60 years of age. It does not account for surcharge on incomes above ₹50 lakh, special-rate capital gains tax, income from business, or any state-level taxes.
The SWP Calculator assumes a constant monthly return on your corpus. In reality, market-linked fund returns vary month to month, which can cause your actual corpus to deplete faster or slower than projected.
All results generated by our tools should be treated as planning estimates only — a starting point for further research and professional consultation, not a final answer.
3. Investment Risk — Please Read This Carefully
Investing always involves risk. This is not a legal formality — it is something every investor genuinely needs to understand before committing money to any financial instrument.
Mutual fund returns are not guaranteed. The value of your investments can go up or down based on stock market performance, interest rate movements, macroeconomic factors, and the specific funds you choose. Past performance of any mutual fund, index, or investment strategy does not guarantee future results.
Fixed income instruments like FDs and PPF are generally considered safe, but they carry their own risks — including interest rate risk, reinvestment risk, and the risk of returns not keeping pace with inflation over the long term.
EasyInvestCalc.com accepts no liability for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or investment decision — whether direct or indirect — made on the basis of information or results obtained from our platform.
For general guidance on investment risks and regulatory protections available to Indian investors, refer to AMFI’s investor education resources.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
EasyInvestCalc.com displays advertisements through Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Keeping our platform free for everyone depends on this advertising revenue.
When you visit our site, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve advertisements based on your browsing history and interests. This is standard behaviour for AdSense — and something we are legally and ethically required to disclose clearly.
We want to be transparent about three things:
First: We do not control which specific ads Google shows on our pages. The ads are selected and served entirely by Google’s automated systems based on your interests and the page content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in any advertisement displayed on our site.
Second: We do not receive any data about you from Google AdSense. We cannot see who you are or what Google knows about your interests — that data stays with Google.
Third: You have a genuine choice about personalised advertising. You can opt out at any time through:
- Google Ads Settings — to manage your Google ad preferences
- www.aboutads.info — to opt out from multiple ad networks simultaneously
Opting out means you will still see ads — just not personalised ones based on your browsing history.
5. Third-Party Links and External Resources
Our calculators and guides occasionally link to external websites — such as SEBI, RBI, AMFI, India Post, the Income Tax Department, and other authoritative financial resources. We do this to help you verify information from original sources.
These links are provided for your convenience and reference only. Linking to a third-party site does not mean we endorse that site, agree with its content, or take responsibility for its accuracy or privacy practices. External websites operate under their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review before sharing any personal information.
6. Accuracy and Availability of This Website
We work hard to keep EasyInvestCalc.com running reliably and to ensure our calculators produce accurate results. However, we cannot make absolute guarantees about either.
From time to time, the site may experience downtime due to server maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability.
Similarly, while we test our calculators carefully, mathematical or display errors can occasionally occur. If you notice a result that looks incorrect, we would genuinely appreciate you letting us know at contact@easyinvestcalc.com — we take accuracy seriously and investigate every reported issue.
7. Governing Law
This Disclaimer, and any dispute arising from your use of EasyInvestCalc.com, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. By using this Site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for the resolution of any disputes.
8. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may revise this Disclaimer from time to time as our platform evolves, as we add new tools, or as applicable laws and regulations change. When we make meaningful updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to revisit this Disclaimer periodically — particularly if you rely on our tools for financial planning purposes. Continued use of EasyInvestCalc.com after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
