DMCA Policy — EasyInvestCalc.com Last Updated: May 1, 2026

EasyInvestCalc.com respects the intellectual property of others and takes copyright protection seriously. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to any valid copyright infringement notices submitted to us.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content published on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated contact. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  • The specific URL or location on our Site where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not receive a response. Please ensure all required information is included before submitting.

2. Counter-Notification

If content belonging to you was removed from our Site in response to a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was made in error or based on misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the content that was removed and where it appeared on our Site before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Please note: If you submit a counter-notification that contains materially false information, you may be held liable for any resulting damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees. We recommend consulting a legal professional if you are unsure about filing a counter-notice.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is initiated within 10 business days, the removed content may be restored at our discretion.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be directed to:

📧 Email: contact@easyinvestcalc.com (Please write “DMCA Notice” in the subject line for faster processing)

We do not accept DMCA notices by phone. All submissions must be in writing via email.

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content while the matter is under review
  • Notify the user who posted the content, where appropriate

Please be aware that submitting a false or bad-faith copyright claim may expose you to legal liability.
